SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods

Deliveries are made and guaranteed by TNT. All orders are delivered by TNT courier from 8 to 18 from Monday to Friday. The shipper requires the recipient’s signature “for receipt” upon delivery.
The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods can be delivered during delivery times. Please promptly indicate any change of address
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address. Mediterranee Passioni at the time of shipment informs the Customer of the shipment number by e-mail.
The customer can follow the status of the shipment on the TNT website by entering the number of their shipment.

Receipt of the goods
To guarantee the safety of the shipment, the shipper asks for the signature “for receipt” of the recipient upon delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier.

Any problems in delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
The delivery of the products can also take place through partial shipments: in this case only the price of the products shipped and the cost of the single shipment are charged. In case of partial shipment, information is given by e-mail.
