RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and Exchanges If the products are not satisfactory, a refund or exchange can be requested. The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:

Return procedure

The purchased goods can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date;

Returns made after the deadline indicated can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Mediterranee Passioni, which reimburses the full cost of the products returned by the Customer as long as they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by mpcapri.com. The refund, excluding shipping costs, is credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer. To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail to info@mediterraneepassioni.com to obtain a return authorization number. We remind you that we do not accept replacements or returns of orders that include engravings or any type of personalization.

To return, wait for the return authorization issued by mpcapri.com The e-mail with the return authorization must be inserted inside the package.

Mediterranee Passioni sends with the return authorization a pre-filled sheet with the destination address to be applied on the package.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.

Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.

The return of the product does not involve the payment of shipping costs.

For the return use the pre-filled TNT bulletin found inside the package. Print the return authorization and the proforma return invoice sent by e-mail. Book the collection by contacting TNT, Mediterranee Passioni sends an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 days from the date on which Mediterranee Passioni received the returned product under the indicated conditions.

Conditions of return

The products to be returned must not have been used or damaged.

Returns will not be accepted that do not meet all the required conditions.

The return must be addressed to: Mediterranee Passioni, Via Roma, 13 Capri (NA), 80073.

To make the return, please refer to the paragraph “Return Procedure”.

You change

It is possible to replace the purchased product only with another similar size within 15 days from the delivery date and on condition that it is available.

Exchanges requested after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of Mediterranee Passioni. To make the change it is necessary to send an e-mail with the exchange request to info@mediterraneepassioni.com. Unauthorized changes are not accepted. Please refer to the methods indicated in the paragraph “Return Procedures”.

The return of the product does not involve the payment of shipping costs. Indicate the new size, respecting the conditions set out in the return procedure. If you wish to exchange for another item, we recommend that you request a refund and make a new purchase separately.

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.

Defective goods

The jewels are made with natural materials by the skilful craftsmanship of our goldsmith masters. Each imperfection is to be considered part of the uniqueness of the work.

Products received already damaged or showing conformity defects are considered defective.

It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 15 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns / Exchanges. In such cases, mpcapri.com will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.

If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible, Mediterranee Passioni will proceed with the refund. The re-credit, including shipping costs in the case of a defective product at the origin, is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment. Refunds

Customers who are not satisfied with the product received can return them within 15 days from the delivery date. Please refer to the same methods for returning the products expressed in the Returns / Exchanges paragraph.

The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 working days from the date on which Mediterranee Passioni received the returned product under the indicated conditions.

The re-credit is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for the

payment, shipping costs excluded (unless the products are defective at the origin).
